The criteria I created for my product:

1. Software 
- Planner 5D. This software is created to make the interior of the house, it shows a 2D and 3D model of your product

 
2. Rooms 
- How many bedrooms will there be? There will be 2 bedrooms so this will apartment for 3. A bedroom for the parents, the mother is 45 and the father is 46. The child is 15 years old so the room will be adapted to her age group. 

- Kitchen: It will have a rather big working top with a sink, over and washing machine included, I will have floating shelves, there will also be a stove on the work top and a ventilator on top to take all the warm air out so the house won't become steamy. I will have a kitchen island which will be across from the work top where people can sit and talk to others while they are waiting for food. The island can also act as a dining table as you can eat there as well, there will be chairs of course and a window to look out of and open incase the ventilator does not do the job of taking the hot air out. I will also be including some plants to make it look nicer as well. 

- Living room/Dining room: As for the kitchen I will make the living room a grey and white, this theme for a living room will give it a cozy atmosphere. The living rooms will have a sofa, a coffee table, two comfortable chairs at each side of the sofa, a big wall with a flat screen TV. The living room will also contain a big window that takes up most of the wall so that it has nice natural light a nice view and natural air. As for the dining area I will have a glass table chairs around it with a window behind it and a book shelf. 

- Parent bedroom: The parents bedroom will go along with the theme of the rest of the house, the parents bedroom will have a bed, wardrobe, TV as well as some paintings and some plants 

- Childs room: Has a calm feeling to it, the Childs room will have white walls plants, a double bed a mirror, big window, a wardrobe, some paintings, a desk and a TV. 

- Bathroom/laundry room: The bathroom is a shared bathroom and will have a bath, shower, a toilet, a bidet next to the toilet and have two sinks with a mirror above it. The laundry room will only have the necessary things such as a washing machine, a vacuum, a washing basket, an ironing table and a drying rack. 

3. Themes/colours: 
Kitchen: Greys, Blacks and whites and a wooden floor it will have some plants to give it some life 

Living room: mainly different shades of grey a carpet along with a wooden floor, it will have a splash of blue and have some plants 

Bathroom/laundry room: The bathroom will be white with tiles, this room will be quite light 

Parent bedroom: The parent bedroom will be mainly different shades of white and greys 

Childs bedroom: It will be white with wood and plants as I want a calm atmosphere
